REQUEST A CHANGE

Select change subject, indicate order number, product to exchange and collection address.
2) Pack the order
3) For orders in Spain, a pick-up with the delivery company will be requested. A label is not necessary. For the rest of Europe, paste the label that we will send you by email, you can leave your parcel at the nearest Service Point: https://parcelshopfinder.dhlparcel.com/
4) Once received, we will notify you by email and send the size change.

4) Once received we will notify you by email and we will make the refund.
The refund will be made within 2-5 working days from receipt in our warehouses, through the payment method used to place the order (credit card or Paypal).
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If you are not satisfied with the products received or have simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange them within 30 calendar days of delivery.
As long as you do it in the same conditions in which you received it. For a full refund, shoes must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. We recommend trying on shoes indoors only until you are sure of your purchase.
Company reserves the right to refuse returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items or for any other violation of this return policy.
